Ibrahim Jackson

Ibrahim Jackson is the founder of Ubiquitous Preferred Services and a recognized voice in human-centric AI adoption and advocacy. He is a Forbes Business Council contributor whose writing centers on adopting AI while keeping people central. He built the company on a simple conviction: technology only returns its value when the people meant to use it are brought along with it.

He is the creator of the AI Value Extraction Matrix (AVEM) and author of the forthcoming book of the same name (July 2026), and the architect of the AIFT certification, accredited by APMG International. His frameworks (AVEM, OXM, and AIQ) give leaders a repeatable, human-first way to turn AI investment into measurable advantage.

His work focuses on the human side of AI: moving teams from hesitation to confident adoption, proving the return on technology investment, and building capability that stays in-house. He partners with growing businesses and with enterprise teams rolling out AI across multiple divisions.
